What is Burnout Syndrome?

Burnout Syndrome, also known as Professional Exhaustion Syndrome, is a psychic disorder caused by extreme exhaustion related to the individual’s work environment. This disease impairs several aspects of the person’s life and affects their entire professional performance.

Among the main causes is the accumulation of stress, emotional tension, constant demands and a high-pressure environment. These elements together lead to a deep depression that demands family and medical support.
